At 4569 Jean-Saulnier Street, the Orford Community Workshops host SUNIR activities. A space devoted to knowledge sharing, practical learning and intergenerational gatherings, made possible by Maurice Gagnon's legacy.

A knowledge-sharing network launched in 2012 by Le P'tit Bonheur de Saint-Camille and CRISES (UQÀM). Orford has been part of it since 2025 to exchange expertise and best practices between communities.
